Boarding

Your pet's home away from home!
As pet owners ourselves, we understand the thought and decision making process that you go through when choosing a place for your pet to stay while you go out of town. We hope to alleviate any stress and anxiety that you may have when leaving your pet.

Boarding Protocol

It is important we know your pets' individual needs prior to boarding. All boarding pets should use the following procedure.

  • New to our facility? Obtain your pets' medical records.
    • We must have medical records proving up to date vaccinations for boarding petsprior to booking a reservation.
  • Call our office at 803-738-1515 to request a date for boarding.
  • We will send an email with our Pre-Boarding Information Form to be completed.
    • On this form, you will inform us of all dietary needs, medications, veterinary needs, or additional services (nail trims, baths, etc.) that you would like to have done during your pet's stay.
    • Our staff will inform you if any additional services are unable to be completed during their stay.
    • This must be done 48 hours prior to the day of reservation, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.
    • Your pet can bring any of their toys/bedding from home, but it is not necessary. We have plenty of enrichment toys, bedding, and more to make your pet the happiest they can be while they are with us!
  • On the day of boarding, you must bring your pet's food, separated by feeding for each meal they will eat during their stay.
    • If you choose to not bring their food, there will be an additional charge of $5 per feeding to use our in-house food.
  • Please call our office at 803-738-1515 with any questions or concerns about the boarding process and we will be happy to help!
We look forward to meeting your pet!

Large Runs: Our sizable boarding facility will accommodate pets of all kinds. If you have a large breed dog that needs a little more room, we will keep them comfortable in one of our spacious large breed indoor runs.

Small Breed Kennel: For our smaller breeds, we have a more comfortable kennel.

Large Play Yard: During boarding, pets are allowed four individual trips outside to run & play off leash in our large play area each day.

The yard is picked up between each patient, and pets are always closely supervised by our experienced kennel staff.
